We get it. There’s a lot of NFT collections out there that promise exclusive access to private clubs, or yacht parties filled with only the elite. While we love a good party (or better yet, a $20M yacht…) we can’t and won’t promise you that – that’s not what we’re about.

Anyone looking at #NotTeddyRuxpin can easily see how effortlessly cool he is. But what makes him cool is his ability to spread love and kindness to those who need it most. That’s why the #NotTeddyRuxpin NFT collection promises one thing and one thing only – TO GIVE BACK.

15% of every #NotTeddyRuxpin sold will go directly to an individual in need. This could be a struggling single mother, or the homeless man so many of us rush past as we make our way to our destination. Videos of #NotTeddyRuxpin spreading the love will be posted on the 1st day of every month so NFT holders can take part in the heart felt feeling that only comes with giving. We will also be donating $5000 in toys/gift cards to ten of the major Children’s Hospitals in North America for every 100 #NotTeddyRuxpin NFTs sold.

Last, but not least, we want to give back to YOU. YOU - OUR COMMUNITY. We will have a dedicated email address that we will share on social media and we’re asking our Teddy holders to send us a small video clip of them giving back; spreading love and kindness. HOW you go about this is entirely up to you, giving back doesn’t need to involve money – it can be as simple as offering your time, or extending a kind word to a stranger. You do you. Send us your short video clip showcasing how you’re sharing the love and on the 1st of each month our team will choose the video that inspired us the most. We will send that individual $2500.

Roadmap

#Phase 1

Starts on the day of love – also known as February 14, 2022. There will be no whitelisting, no raffles. Teddy’s will be available for mint starting February 14, 2022 (12:00pm EST) and will end once all Teddy’s have been minted. Mint price for each #NotTeddyRuxpin will be 200 MATIC.

15% of each #NotTeddyRuxpin sale will be allocated to donations. The first donation will be made on April 1, 2022. As mentioned, each video will be uploaded and shared on our social channels so Teddy holders can take part in the spirit of giving, knowing they are the ONLY reason the donation is possible. We will commence conversations regarding which Children’s Hospital our first $5000 donation will be made to. This will be shared on our social channels.

#Phase 2

An additional 1000 Teddy’s will be added to the #NotTeddyRuxpin collection. These Teddy’s will have the same cool, laid-back vibe, with a twist! Exact date of release will be communicated in advance on our social channels. We will be partnering with other like-minded organizations (we’re in talks with a few now!) who believe in the #NotTeddyRuxpin mission and the importance of giving back. We look forward to collaborating with them so we’re able to have a larger reach, sharing the love with even more people, in even bigger ways. Updates on our chosen partners will be communicated via our social channels.

#Phase 3

This will be the final #NotTeddyRuxpin release. We will be releasing an additional 500 Teddy’s that will surely support and drive our message home – you don’t want to miss this release! We will be well emersed in our partnerships and can’t wait to share with all of our Teddy holders all the wonderful ways we’re giving back to those in need. We are under no dissolution that NONE of this would be possible without your #NotTeddyRuxpin support and will be sharing every detail with you in terms of who we’re partnering with, what the partnership looks like, how it directly impacts others, etc. We are more than open to you sharing your feedback and suggestions on how you’d like to see #NotTeddyRuxpin make a difference – in fact, we’d love it if you did. Afterall, we’re all in this together.

When is the official launch?

You’re right. There ARE a lot of NFT collections out there; many of which we love. #NotTeddyRuxpin is not just an NFT, it’s a symbol, a movement. It’s a collection designed by people who believe that the only way to achieve real happiness is to give back to others. #NotTeddyRuxpin was created to inspire love and kindness. It was created to unite us all with the understanding that we are all one.

There is a Chinese saying that goes: “If you want happiness for an hour, take a nap. If you want happiness for a day, go fishing. If you want happiness for a year, inherit a fortune. If you want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody.”

For centuries, the greatest thinkers have suggested the same thing: Happiness is found in helping others. Through #NotTeddyRuxpin’s monthly donations to those in need, donations to Children’s Hospitals, coupled with the encouragement of our Teddy holders to send us their act of kindness videos (for a chance to win $2500), our intention in to inspire change – one Teddy at a time.

No exclusive parties. No yachts. No bottle service. No private events. No free merch. Just pure and intentional love and kindness to those who need it the most.

Is this a long-term project? How do I know for sure?

The simple answer is YES. Our team is small but mighty. Long before NFTs even existed we lived a life where our passion and priority were helping and giving back to others less fortunate than us. Our passion runs deep, and we are 100% committed to this project (and growing this project) in the years to come. We have major plans on how we’d like to see #NotTeddyRuxpin evolve that we’re working on behind the scenes. We believe that true happiness is not defined by title or status, but rather the positive and lasting impact we have on the lives of others.
